Summary

I’m Marc O’Hagan – Director for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and Organisational Development specialist for my own HR consultancy, p3od. I specialise in organisational development, leadership, and workforce transformation – helping businesses and public sector teams tackle the “people problems” that hold them back.

With over 20 years’ experience, I’ve worked with councils, charities, SMEs, and large organisations to build high-performing cultures, lead complex change, and upskill leaders at every level. My approach is practical, evidence-based and people-first – focused on creating real behavioural change, not just ticking boxes.

What sets me apart is my ability to cut through complexity, ask the difficult questions, and get to the heart of what’s really going on in an organisation. Whether it's navigating toxic cultures, rethinking leadership development, or building a workforce plan that actually works – I bring fresh thinking and straight-talking honesty.

Alongside my consultancy work, I’m proud to champion small businesses across the North West through my role with the FSB. I understand the pressure leaders face – because I’ve been one, and I work with them every day.
